– Attach a scanned copy or legible photograph of your proof of purchase.

– Include your RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry) in the body of the email.

– Indicate your purchase ID to know the exact amount to be invoiced.

Our billing team will process your request and generate your invoice within 7 business days.

Once the invoice is ready, we will send it to the email address provided.
